The documents we issue

Invoice, proforma invoice, quote, receipt, purchase order, credit memo, delivery note and statement of account. Each carries the GPS Triangle Logo at the top left, our address in Lewes, Delaware, and one number from a single register.

How a document is numbered

GGG, the kind of document, the year and a running number: for example an invoice number begins GGG-INV, a receipt GGG-REC, a quote GGG-QUO. A number is given once and never again; a withdrawn document is marked VOID and keeps its number.

Check a document before you pay

If you hold a document that carries our name, send its number to billing@gggplatforms.com before you pay. We answer whether that number was issued by us, to whom and for what amount.
